1. Interviewer has to call customers through our dialer system in given customer contact data.
2. Introduce yourself to the customers as given script to you and start asking questions as mentioned in the survey system one by one for up to 5 - 10 minutes long survey and quote there as customer answers and submit the survey.
3. Meet the company daily/weekly survey target as assigned to you by the management.
4. Ensure call quality and accuracy for cross quality checks.
5. Co-ordinate with the team leader and share daily work report to the manager.
10+2 passed with Basic Computer Knowledge and Proficiency in English reading and speaking with better Communication Skill
Minimum 1 year experience in Tele Caller/Tele Sales or in similar background
Laptop is mandatory with high-speed internet connectivity
Salary - 14000/- to 16000/- per month depend on experience and skills plus incentive
